As you know, Sitka is a cold water dive environment, which we believe is the best way to learn. It is much easier for a diver to learn in cold water, then go to warm water then it is to learn in warm water and try to dive in cold. It takes a bit of training and re-thinking. However, we also realize the importance of having warm water experience. Most of our students rarely get this. So you see we have a great excuse for planning SHOP TRIPS! Yea!
